This website was previously home to the Red de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (RTA), a network that brought together 42 government transparency authorities from 18 countries across Latin America.

For 15 years, the RTA developed important frameworks for document management (Modelo de Gestión Documental), transparency measurement, and freedom of information policies that shaped how governments manage public records and ensure accountability.
